Last week Addie was floating on her back in the bath tub and she lost her balance and went under. She choked on the water and it went up her nose. However, the only thing that she thinks about now is that it got in her eyes..."dice." She will not float on her back anymore because it might get in her dice.

Here are two pictures of Addie at her favorite time of the day....when Daddy gets home. Today we happened to be in the kitchen and she heard the garage door open. She ran to the back door yelling, "Daddy Daddy Daddy." She stood there staring at the door for a couple of minutes just waiting. Also, her outfit today did not include the tutu. She came running in the living room very excited this afternoon because she found her "titi" in her closet and had to wear it on top of her jeans!

Heart Hunt
We went on a heart hunt and had a picnic today with the mom's club. The kids got to decorate a bag, find foam hearts, and play on the playground. Addie had a wonderful time! She loved finding the hearts and it was very hard to get her to stop at 10! I was tossing them out of her bag as quickly as she was finding them! After all of the hard work, we sat and had a picnic lunch with friends...with cupcakes AND a juice box! She was in heaven!

We went to San Antonio this past weekend to celebrate my dad's (Poppy's) birthday. We went to eat at Pappasitos on Friday night and had a great time! On Saturday we received the heartbreaking news that my mam-ma had been taken to the hospital with severe back pain. We drove to Austin that night and arrived shortly before the doctors came and told our family that she did not make it. She had an aneurysm of her aorta and did not make it through surgery. My Mam-ma and Pa-pa had been married 62 years....amazing! This is extrememly hard on all of our family...Mam-ma was the center of it all....but especially hard on Pa-pa. Please keep him in your prayers. He is having to learn to take care of himself now and I am sure the next few months are going to be very lonely for him! This picture is from the last time Mam-ma and Pa-pa came to visit us in Del Rio. They love it here....especially eating in Mexico!
Bryan went and got donuts last weekend and gave Addie an ENTIRE bag of donut holes...who does that? Well she decided she needed to carry them around in this blue bag....so she dumped them in there and proceeded to carry them with her all morning. There may have been a few screams and fits when I (mean mommy) took the bag away before lunch.
While in Austin this past weekend, Addie got to play with her cousin Brooklyn. She absolutely loves her. She held her...watched her eat....and played in her stroller. Brooklyn is so adorable and we loved getting to spend some time with her!
Finally, here are a few pictures from this morning. We were not doing anything special...just goofing around and I got a couple of cute ones!

Addie and I were playing with her dollhouse this afternoon and it was so cute to watch her place each family member in their own chair in the house. Every time we played, everyone had to have the same chair they had before. As soon as she got everyone settled, she would push them all out and laugh hysterically. I tried to capture as much as I could!
